Hot chocolate cupcakes

1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 1/2 cups of soften butter
3 eggs
2 cups of flour
2 1/2 tsp of backing powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp of vanilla
1/2 cups of hot chocolate powder
frosting
1 bag of marshmallow melted
7 pieces of caramel melted

                         Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place sugar,butter,eggs, and vanilla. Mix well. Then add flour,backing powder,salt,and hot chocolate powder. Cook for 13 minutes. After cooled add frosting (opposition)
                           Melt marshmallow and caramel then mix. (If need add at most 1 tbsp water.)     

  These cupcakes are delicious and great for a cold day.
